My favorite nature spot is my wooded backyard. With a bird feeder just off my patio at the edge of the woods, there is always an abundance of birds waiting for their turn. Squirrels jump to the feeder but don’t eat the seeds because they are mixed with cayenne pepper. It’s an absolutely beautiful, calming place to be and oh so close to every modern amenity.

My favorite spot is Baird Creek Wildlife Preserve here in Green Bay. My husband and I walk the trails a lot and we have seen bucks, doe, fawns, red fox, raccoon prints, and many species of flowers and birds. I love it dearly.
