Talalay is much more consistent in its density than Dunlop processed as well as the antimicrobial properties you allude to. Trouble is this natural processed product tends to be much more expensive.

Great video guys and some great information there too, I had no idea that latex came for the sap of a tree I thought that it was entirely man made, so that was something new to me.
The 2 of you seem to have a lot of fun going through the show!!!:)

After some research in the manufacturing of Latex and memory foam beds, all Latex beds are going to be the only mattresses that are really 'natural'. (made of rubber tree sap, foamed, placed in the special centrifuge, then flash frozen) The only other chemical, unless they're block foams in the base of the latex mattress, is a small amount of foaming agent.

Where-as memory foam will always have urethane foam in it. Some people are hyper-sensitive to urethane foams, and if it is not properly ventilated can make people feel sick.

If you love the memory foam feel, I would really recommend miForma however, because of how they compress and suction the gas out of their beds. There is no off-gassing as there is with Tempurpedic, or other memory foam companies.

"Devin, thanks for continuing the conversation to clarify everything. I wonder how they were able to make a whole mattress soy when neither the furniture or automobile industry can not make a cushion made with over 20% soy? Any ideas? Anna"

By no means are these mattresses 100% soy. Soy does replace the use of petroleum completely in two of the three mattresses we offer, but they have several other material components.

Here is our manufacturer's website for more information:
<a href="http://www.miformamemoryfoammattress.com/commitment.htm" rel="nofollow">Miforma Eco memory foam mattresses</a>

A comment on mygreenmattress.com -
I am excited to see how Quality Sleep Shop's(store name) latex beds feel. We offered Natura natural latex products in the past, but was not successful with them because they were expensive. They have a little better prices, so If they have similiar or better quality products to Natura at those prices I would consider buying a bed from them if I were not in the industry myself.
