Did *none* of the seeds in the papers grow? The one you planted and the one at your relatives' in Florida did not, but what about the rest of them? Maybe you could ask some of the invitees about their experience in trying to grow them? (You could get a rough idea abut the numbers, about 10 attempts produced results or perhaps 50 out of a 100...).
