		<description>What an excellent post! Thanks for reminding us that there&#039;s more to climate change than CO2. Eating less meat is a particularly valuable suggestion, since so much methane comes from the gas livestock expel (belching and farting). Another reminder what a big role diet plays in this and other environmental issues...

		<description>Recently I read a suggestion not to eat meat at least 1 day a week. I liked that one. It&#039;s a small change, replacing meat with quorn, cheese or other alternatives once a week. But it reduces meat comsumption by 14% while meat is responsible for a considerable part of greenhouse gases.
