Community Happenings. Roosters, Goji Berries, Large Peppers +More

September 9, 2013 By: Annacomment

Okay. Okay. I have been totally remiss about posting community pictures.  Just a FYI for my regular readers,  every week  (or two) I send out a email newsletter.  Lately, I have started to receive pictures from my subscribers.  Then, I started asking and received MORE!   Talk about fun.

My newest friend, Neil, constantly sends me pictures of his garden.  He has a secret sauce!

Well, I posted several of the pictures here  and the crowd went wild.  Didn’t you hear about it on the news?  People stampeding stores to get on the internet to see what the Green Talk community is doing?

Okay.  So you missed that story.

Seriously, I know that the community enjoyed the pictures since my recent survey to my email subscribers gave the thumbs up to this new addition of  Green Talk.  See how much fun those subscribers are having?  Sign up to become a subscriber, and join the party (It’s free!  *hint, hint*)

Now,  it is only for VIGPs.  (Very important green peeps.)   Advantages? You will never miss a Green Talk video, podcast, giveaway, or article.  Plus, you get to hear stories I don’t mention on Green Talk.  Who wouldn’t want to sign up?

Drum roll, please for some pictures.

Neil's Tall Peppers

Neil reports that his peppers are taller than ever. He fertilizes them with Llama poop.  It is the secret sauce.  He makes a llama compost with dehydrated llama poop and water.  He recently reported his peppers were gigantic.  Neil, please elaborate in the comments.

Leah's rooster

Leah’s rooster, Lord Fauntleroy .   He looks like he rules the roost. In fact Leah says he is bully.  Any of you have roosters?

Margie's Mason Bee House

Check out Margie’s Mason Bee house.  While you are saying to yourself, “I want one,”  check out Margie’s goji berries.

Margie's Goji Berries

Aren’t they absolutely, beautiful?  Now I want to grow them.

PS if you want to make your own mason bee house, see here.
